The artisans that Jungdam curates transcend great food.

They represent Korean culture and heritage, and allow you to bring a piece of that into your life and experience it yourself. The artisanal products are the medium through which we warmly share the heritage and experience with you.

Many of them carry on generations of family history and expertise in their craft, dedicating their lives to preserve methods and tastes from the Joseon Dynasty, to share that story with you.

Many are government recognised Korean Food Grand Masters (대한민국식품명인), masters of authentic traditional Korean culinary heritage.
